Step 1
preheat oven to 170oC

grease your baking dish
Step 3
chop up the fruit into bite sized pieces
Step 4
place the fruit in a bowl and toss with the sugar, lemon juice and cornflour
Step 5
transfer the fruit mixture into the baking dish
for the crumble
Step 6
stir the flour, sugar and baking powder together in a bowl
Step 7
add the cubes of butter
Step 8
using a fork, rub the butter into the flour until it forms large, heavy clumps
Step 9
scatter the crumble mixture evenly over the fruit
Step 10
bake for 30-35 minutes until the crumble is golden
