Ingredients

1.5 lbRed Shrimp
Wild, Argentine, peeled & deveined, tail-off, Season ahead with Adobo for extra flavor
3 tablespoonsavocado oil
4 tablespoonsbutter
2 tablespoonspaste garlic
½ cupolives pitted with pimentos
drained
1onion
large, peeled and sliced in half
0.5yellow pepper
0.5red pepper
Salt
to your taste
Black pepper
to your taste
Oregano
to your taste
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, add shrimp and season with a little of adobo and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the avocado oil and butter. Once the butter is melted, add the onions and peppers.
Step 3
Continue to cook the onions and peppers for about 3 minutes and then add the paste garlic. Sauté for 2 -3 minutes (be careful not to burn the garlic).
Step 4
Next add the shrimp and sauté for about 3 minutes until the shrimp is fully cooked (when the shrimp is cooked, you will see a pink color)
Step 5
Serve over rice, avocado, salad, or make a shrimp taco!
