Instructions

Step 1
Whip egg whites in a stand mixer until frothy on Med High speed (8 on a kitchen aid)
Step 2
Add in sugar a little bit at a time. Waiting at least 5 rotations of the mixer between each addition. Keep the speed on med high.
Step 3
Add salt and vanilla. Turn the mixer speed all the way up and let it go for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Put Nutella in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
Step 5
Drizzle about 3/4ths of the Nutella on to the whipped egg whites. Don’t mix.
Step 6
Scoop out your cookies with a table spoon, grabbing up a bit of Nutella with each portion. Place on a lined cookie sheet.
Step 7
Swirl each cookie around with the same spoon to create the marbling effect.
Step 8
At about halfway down the bowl start adding the remaining Nutella, in small amounts, onto the cookie directly. It will most likely be too mixed in the bowl by this point and you can create the marbling effect this way directly on the pan.
Step 9
Bake at 225 for 1 hour. Rotating halfway through. Once the timer goes off, turn off oven but leave the cookies in there for 30 more minutes.
