Step 1
In a bowl, melt together the butter and 100 grams of white chocolate. You can melt it using the double boiler method or a simple microwave works well too! Allow for the mixture to cool.

Step 2
In a separate bowl, cream together the white granulated sugar, brown sugar and eggs until the mixture is light in color and fluffy. (~4-5 mins with an electric whisk)

pour your batter into a 9 inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper.

before baking, bang your pan on your kitchen counter 5-6 times to get rid of any air bubbles and to evenly distribute the batter.
Step 9
preheat your oven to 350°F (if using a light colored baking dish) or 325°F (if using a dark colored baking dish).

Step 10
bake for 25-30 minutes or until an inserted tooth pick comes out with a smear of green color on the toothpick with NO wet batter (only a few moist crumbs).
Step 11
after baking, allow the brownies to cool in the baking dish for 10 mins and then move them to a wire rack and allow to cool for 30 mins before cutting in.
