Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Grease two loaf pans with butter or non stick cooking spray.

In a small bowl, mash bananas.

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt.

Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture alternately with bananas.

Stir in the oranges, coconut, chocolate chips, 1/2 cup almonds, cherries and dates.

Pour into two greased 8 x4 x 2 in loaf pans.

Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
