Instructions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt. Whisk or stir the mixture until thoroughly blended.
Step 2
In a large bowl with a standing mixer, mix the chilled heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
Step 3
Add about 1 cup of the whipped cream to the sweetened condensed milk mixture and stir gently until well blended.
Step 4
Pour the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream and gently fold.
Step 5
Pour the ice cream mixture into a ice cream container and spread it evenly.
Step 6
Add three dollops of peach preserves on top and swirl the peach preserves into the ice cream base. Add crushed granola on top. Freeze until very firm, 3 hours or overnight.
