Cake
Step 1
Preheat over to 350F. Butter a 13x9 inch baking dish.
Step 2
In a large bowl, sift (optional) and then whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt
Step 3
Separate the eggs into two separate bowls, a medium one for yolks and a large one for the whites. Beat the egg whites on high speed until foamy and double in size, about one minute

While beating, slowly poor in 1/4 cup sugar. Continue beating till stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes.
Step 5
Ad the remaining 1 cup of sugar to the egg yolks and beat on a medium speed until pale and fluffy, about one minute.

Beat in the milk and vanilla. Pour into the flour mixture and beat just until combined.
Step 7
Using a spatula, fold the egg whites into the flour mixture into two batches until no white streaks remain. Pour the batter into the cake pan.
Step 8
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Let the cake cool slightly until warm.
Syrup
Step 9
In a medium bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk until combined.
Step 10
Poke cake all over with fork and slowly pour mixture all over the cake. Cover until chilled for at least 1 hour.
Frosting
Step 11
In a large bowl, beat the cream and sugar on medium speed until soft peaks form. Spread over cake and garnish with strawberries.
