Instructions
Step 1
In the jar of a high speed blender (such as Blendtec or Vitamix), add frozen ingredients. Allow frozen ingredients to defrost enough for blender to be able to run smoothly.
Step 2
Process on whole fruit setting until smooth. (Might need to go through 2 cycles.)
Step 3
If smoothie is too thick for your liking, thin out with extra coconut water or plain water. Pour into storage containers (I use 1 quart size mason jar plus pint size mason jar. Yield is approximately 48 ounces, depending on your prefer in consistency.) Smoothie will keep put to 1 week in the refrigerator.
Step 4
Shake well before serving.
