If using a juicer: Add all the ingredients and enjoy!
Step 2
If using a blender: Add all the above ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over ice. This recipe makes one serving.
Step 3
*Best to add a protein with this snack for better weight loss results. If past week 3 you could add oikos triple zero or chobani zero sugar yogurt to this smoothie. If before week 3 eat some protein with it such as chicken or tuna or no sugar added jerky.
