Instructions
Step 1
Separate eggs. Beat egg whites till frothy. Add pinch of cream of tarter and an eighth of a tsp of vanilla.
Step 2
Continue to beat until the whites form stiff peaks. Continue to beat and slowly add the cp of sugar.
Step 3
Beat the egg yolks and add them to the whites. Fold the yolks into the whites until you can no longer see any bright yellow.
Step 4
For the drink: Add hot water, one shot brandy, one shot rum, and top with batter
