Instructions

Step 1
Cut the stems off the jalapeños then add to the pan with oil. Cook covered on high heat until browned/blackened, about 8 minutes. Shake the skillet every few minutes to rotate peppers for even cooking.
Step 2
Turn heat off and add onion, cilantro/parsley, garlic, and chicken bouillon to the pan. Cover pan and let sit for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Put everything in a blender with 1 tsp salt and 1/3 cup water and blend on high for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Pour into a container and put into the refrigerator to cool.
Step 5
Enjoy with chips or your favorite Mexican dish!
