1 white onion
Instructions
Step 1
Cup onion into 4ths.. Rinse and cut off ends of stems in mushrooms. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Cut sweet peppers into 1 inch pieces. Throw in ziplock bag or bowl. Put in 2 cups of marinade or enough marinade to coat everything. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Soak kabob sticks in water for 5 minutes and skewer contents in bag onto the sticks.
Step 3
Cook on the grill. Spray olive oil on grill before cooking or put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in bag if contents before skewering. Olive oil helps kabobs not stick.
