For the syrup

Step 1
Cream the sugar and the butter.
Step 2
Add one egg to the mix and beat.

Add the flour
Step 4
Add the baking powder and salt.
Step 5
Now add milk to create a smooth batter
Step 6
Now add the mixture to glass bakeware
Step 7
Bake at 200'C for +/- 30 minutes
For the syrup
Step 8
Boil the sugar and milk together for 10 minutes and pour it over the tart
