Chocolate Mug Cake

It's a moist and easy chocolate cake that serves for one and can be done under 5 mins!!! I found this recipe a long time back on an online blog but I forgot the creators name though... but I have been using this recipe for close to 7 yrs now and it's always been wonderful!!!!

Instructions

Step 1
Sift in all dry ingredients and mix
Step 2
Add in all the wet ingredients and mix till there is no lump. Be careful not to overmix
Step 3
Transfer mixture into a cup or mug
Step 4
Add in any chocolate or peanut butter spread of your choice. Spread can also be substituted by milk/ dark / white chocolate... Be creative!!
Step 5
Microwave the cake in highest setting for 90secs
Step 6
And your cake is ready... Eat it as it is or serve with a bit of ice cream on top!
