Can sub banana for 1/4 cup of apple sauce, butternut squash etc. Last 1 week out of the fridge in a tupperware or two weeks in the fridge.

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined (requires a little elbow grease!)
Step 2
Pour into a parchment lined baking tray and press flat
Step 3
Cook at gas mark 4 for 15-20 minutes depending how crunchy you like it
