¼ cupcreamy peanut butter
1 tspsalt
2 tspvanilla extract
½ cupalmond flour
3 Tbspchocolate raisins
3 TbspPeanuts
For Caramel
Instructions
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients into a bowl and store until a dough forms
Step 2
Roll the dough onto parchment paper in the form of a square, about 1/2 inch thick
Step 3
now cut the dough in half and set a side
Step 4
To make the caramel, use an emersion blender to blend the dates, water and sweetener.
Step 5

Spread the caramel onto one half of the dough and gently place the other half on top. Then place in the freezer for at least and hour to set.
Step 6
Use a knife or a cake cutter to cut the bar into six to seven pieces and bon appétit!
