Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Combine first three ingredients in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Cover tightly with foil and bake until cranberries are tender and sugar is dissolved, stirring once half way through, takes about one hour. Remove from oven and stir in bourbon. Refrigerate cranberry sauce untilwell chilled. Can be prepared one week ahead of time. Transfer to bowl and serve!
