Instructions

Step 1
First prepare your bundt pan by buttering and flouring the inside. Next preheat your oven to 350F.
Step 2
Heat your milk in the microwave for a minute and a half until hot and steep 2 tea bags for 8-10 minutes.
Step 3
With a handheld mixer or standing mixer cream the butter and sugar for 2 minutes. Add eggs one at a time waiting until each one is fully mixed in before adding another. Then add in extract.
Step 4
Add flour and baking powder into a separate bowl and mix until combined. Alternate adding the flour/baking powder mixture and tea mixture slowly. Mix until just incorporated.
Step 5
Pour batter into your prepared bundt pan and bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 6
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before flipping it onto a surface. Dust powdered sugar over the cake and serve warm! Alternatively you can make a simple vanilla glaze using 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp milk, and ½ tsp of vanilla and drizzle this on top. Enjoy!
