Instructions

Step 1
Spray cookie sheet and rubber spatula with cooking spray.
Step 2
In 2-quart microwavable glass measuring cup or bowl, with wooden spoon, blend sugar, corn syrup and salt.
Step 3
Microwave at High (100%) 5 minutes. Carefully stir in peanuts and microwave an additional 2 minutes.
Step 4
Immediately stir in Spread, vanilla and baking soda until foamy. Quickly pour onto prepared cookie sheet, spreading evenly with spatula.
Step 5
Cool, then break into pieces, Store in tightly covered container.
