Instructions
Step 1
Put the spinach in a large colander and pour over some boiling water.
Step 2
Once cool enough to handle, squeeze out any excess water, then season.
Step 3
Tip the tomatoes into a frying pan with some seasoning and simmer for 5 minutes to thicken.
Step 4
Add the fish and heat for 1-2 minutes - it doesn't need to be fully cooked at this point.
Step 5
Stir in the basil.
Step 6
Heat oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas
Step 7
Divide the prawns, spinach, fish and tomato sauce between two gratin dishes.
Step 8
Mix the Parmesan, breadcrumbs and oats together and sprinkle over the top.
Step 9
Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Step 10
Serve with cooked broccoli.
