Step 1
Melt a knob of butter in a pan and finely chop 1 garlic clove.

Add green beans to the pan.
Step 3
After add the prawns (my prawns were precooked, if you are using raw prawn it will take longer as they will need to cook) and season with chilli flakes, paprika and cumin
Step 4
After the green beans have cooked (around 8 mins) add the mexian flavoured rice

Cool for a further 2 minute and sever
