Step 1
Beat the sugar and oil very well in the cake mixer, then add the eggs and vanilla.

Keep beating until the eggs are well incorporated, then add the table cream.

Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, and cardamom powder. Add the flour mixture gradually in the mixer. Add the soaked dates and milk and keep mixing for a minute.

Spray the baking dish or Bundt pan and pour the cake batter in.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Step 6
Prepare the toffee sauce by melting I cup of sugar on medium heat.
Step 7
Don’t mix the sugar until you start seeing a caramel color on the bottom.
Step 8
Add 2 tbsp butter and melt.
Step 9
Add the table cream and whisk until everything is combines.
Step 10
Drizzle the sauce on top and decorate with dates Ana walnuts.
