Instructions

Step 1
1 Heat the milk in the microwave for 80 seconds 2 Add the chocolate and mix until fully melted.
Step 2
Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, orange juice (if using) and salt and mix well.
Step 3
Allow it to cool for about 15 minutes.
Step 4
Add the yoghurt and whisk until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Divide the mixture equally between 3 bowls or glasses. Place in the fridge for at least 5 hours to set.
