Instructions
Step 1
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth (best when ingredients are all at room temp).
Step 2
Pour mixture into non stick / lightly greased muffin moulds and bake for 20 mins at 180°C.
Step 3
Melt chocolate in a microwave safe dish in 15-30 sec intervals. Mix in the peanut butter until smooth. Spread over the cheesecakes once they have cooled slightly.
Step 4
Refrigerate for 3 hours until set. Optional to sprinkle with chopped mini Reese’s cups.
