Instructions

Step 1
Mix together milk, condensed milk, egg, sugar, and yeast
Step 2
Add flour and salt
Step 3
Mix until dough forms then work in the butter
Step 4
Kneed (forever) 8-10 minutes until (your arms are ready to fall off) the dough is smooth and elastic stretches without breaking.
Step 5
Place in an oiled bowl and let rise one hour or until doubled (if you use cold milk this will take longer than an hour.)
Step 6
Line your bread loaf pans with baking paper
Step 7
Punch down and divide into two
Step 8
Roll out each the width of your bread pan and about 1cm thick. Roll it up to form your load. Cut the loaf in 7-8 pieces (using a pastry scraper or (easier) thread crossed at the top and pulled through)
Step 9
Carefully transfer each loaf I to your lined loaf pans.
Step 10
Allow to rise for 45 minutes Preheat oven to 350*F (180*C)
Step 11
Brush with egg wash (1 egg and 2 tablespoons milk) then bake for 20-22 minutes
Step 12
Make glaze by mixing 3T butter with 3T sweetened condensed milk. (You will need more of you are using this like honey butter, which I highly recommend)
