Instructions
Step 1
Add milk or greek yoghurt into the blender. (If you have a high speed blender you can reduce the amount of liquid). Really doesn't matter what type of milk.
Step 2
Add your sweetener of choice! Honey or maple syrup goes well with this smoothie. If it's not sweet enough add monk fruit sweetener or swerve.
Step 3
Add vanilla extract for a flavour kick.
Step 4
Next, you need to add cacao powder or cocoa powder. It is completely up to you which one you choose. But cacao is more bitter!
Step 5
To add some protein and more chocolate flavour, you can add chocolate protein powder. Yumm! If you like this is the moment for any superfood powder, like caca. It gives you tons of health benefits!
Step 6
I have added cacao nibs (super healthy) but they are a little bitter. You can also add chocolate chips, for sweetness.
Step 7
Now throw the frozen banana's, and strawberries into the mix.
Step 8
Add you ice if you like and BLEND IT BABY!
