fruity granola breakfast pot

this is a great breakfast to make the day before, pop it in the fridge and in the morning just add granola! try changing it up a bit by using different flavours!

Instructions

Step 1
Add half the mango, peeled and stoned into a blender. Squeeze in the lime and add the berries and the maple syrup. Blitz it until smooth and share between the bottom of the glasses/jars

Now for the second layer. Add the other half of the mango as well as the passion fruit into your blender and again share between the glasses/jars.

Next add the banana and peanut butter to the blender and blitz until smooth before sharing it between your glasses/jars

Now share the coconut yoghurt on top, this is the point that you would put your breakfast in the fridge and when you're ready to eat it put a layer of deliciously crunchy granola on top and enjoy!
