1 teaspoondried oregano

1 teaspoondried basil

1 teaspoonred pepper flakes

1 teaspoongarlic salt

1 teaspoongarlic powder

1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar

¼ cupshredded parmesan

1 cupspinach

4portabello mushrooms
chop inside of the cap for filling

12 slicesfresh mozzarella

balsamic glaze

fresh basil
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400F and spray a baking pan with oil.
Step 2
In a large pan-add olive oil and chopped onion. Cook until onions soften, add ground beef and garlic, and continue to cook.
Step 3
Sprinkle in seasonings, balsamic vinegar, parmesan, spinach, and the chopped mushroom insides.
Step 4
Add mushroom caps to the baking pan, place a piece of mozzarella into each, then top with filling followed by two more pieces of mozzarella.
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is golden brown. Top with balsamic glaze and fresh basil.
