Choc Bounty Protein Balls

You don’t need a food processor to make these protein balls! In fact, you could just make them in the one bowl. They are delicious, healthy, take under 10 minutes and leave minimal clean up.

80gDark Chocolate
0.25 CupPeanut Butter
2 CupsDesiccated Coconut
1 CupAlmond Meal
Oat Milk
or milk of choice for GF
0.25 CupVanilla Pea Protein

Instructions
Step 1
Melt dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 20 second increments, stirring between each, until smooth. Alternatively, melt on the stovetop.
Step 2
Mix peanut butter into the chocolate until smooth. Pour into a large bowl and add vanilla protein, coconut, almond meal and oat milk. Mix until fully combined.
Step 3
Roll into balls of desired size and line on a tray. Optionally, drizzle over dark chocolate and salt and set in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to one week.
