Peanut Butter Pretzel Nuggets
3 steps
Prep:15min
Homemade peanut butter pretzel nuggets! With just 6 ingredients and about 15 minutes of your time, you can make the perfect treat to bring out to the dessert table at your next gathering. Swap out peanut butter for almond butter or tahini if you have a nut allergy, or use gluten free pretzels if you have Celiac. Any type of chocolate will do; today I went for white, but milk, dark, or sugar free chocolate chips are all good as well!

Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, add peanut butter and honey, and microwave for 30 seconds to melt. Stir together with a silicone spatula until fully combined. Mix in coconut flour until you have a cookie dough like texture

Step 2

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and prepare 48 pretzels. Place a small scoop of the dough (about 7 g) onto 1 pretzel, and sandwich with another on top. Add to the sheet, and repeat to make 24 pretzel nuggets

Step 3

In a small bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until you have a smooth melted chocolate. Lightly paint the tops of each pretzel nugget in chocolate, and return to the pan. Refrigerate to harden, and serve
