Instructions
Step 1
Add softened butter to mixer and beat until smooth.
Step 2
Add vanilla extract to butter in mixer and blend until combined
Step 3
Blend together flour and icing sugar, then add to mixing bowl.
Step 4
Whip for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Drop from teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
Step 6
Decorate with maraschino cherry pieces
Step 7
Bake at 350° for 10 - 15 minutes, just until bottoms are lightly browned. (Do Not Overcook)

Do not use cookie gun, the cookies come out too thin and are easily breakable.
