Pineapple upside down cake

Pineapple upside down cake This is the cake that I made on Easy Bake Battle! you can make it into a whole cake like I did today or make mini pineapple upside down cakes like I did on the show by using a muffin pan. It’s super easy to make and it comes out so delicious and moist. ——Ingredients—— 3 eggs 1/2 cup oil (corn, vegetable, canola) 1 cup of pineapple juice 1 box yellow cake mix 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (sliced thin) 7 pineapple rings 7 maraschino cherries : ——pineapple glaze—— 1 cup pineapple juice 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk 1 tablespoon cornstarch : 1. Preheat your oven to 350° 2. In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, oil and pineapple juice. Then add in the yellow cake mix and whisk until you have a smooth batter. 3. Prep the cake pan, spray the cake pan with avocado cooking spray. spread the brown sugar on the bottom of the pan, add the sliced butter on top, Then the pineapple rings and into the oven It goes for about five minutes until the butter and brown sugar melt. 4. After the five minutes, take it out of the oven, put the maraschino cherries in each hole of the pineapple rings. Pure the cake batter right on top then into the oven it goes again at 350° for 35 minutes. 5. While the cake is in the oven, make the glaze in another bowl mix together the pineapple juice, sweeten condensed milk and cornstarch whisk until the corn starch dissolves. 6. Pour it into a pot, put it on the high heat keep whisking until it comes to a boil and it thickens up, it should take a couple of minutes. 7. Once the cake comes out of the oven, let it cool down. Drizzle that delicious glaze right on top and enjoy. : : :
