Instructions
Step 1
Sift together sugars and mix with almonds.
Step 2
Mix together eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Beat in sugar briefly.

Add food colouring and knead paste until just smooth. Careful not to over work as it will ruin it.
Step 4
Wrap well and store in fridge. Will keep for months.
Step 5
Remove date stones and fill with marzipan.
