Instructions
Step 1
In a saucepan, melt the butter over low to medium heat until the butter comes to a nice golden brown color.

Add sugar and the brown butter in a bowl and whisk until the color turns lighter. Add the whole egg and whisk until the mixture comes to thick consistency. Add vanilla extract, red food color, and mix everything well. Sift all the dry ingredients and mix well until no dry ingredients are shown. Add the white chocolate chips and mix.
Step 3
Divide the cream cheese into 10 cubes.
Step 4
Divide the cookie dough into 10 portions.
Step 5
Take a cooking dough portion, and make a round ball. Make a small hole at the center and place a cube of cream cheese. Feel free to cover the cream cheese in the middle, or just wrap the dough around the cream cheese.
Step 6
Let the cookie rest in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 8
Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes.
Step 9
Let the cookie cool and enjoy.
