Step 1
Put white and raw sugars (about 1 Tbsp each) and sliced banana in the centre of your egg roll wrapper. Fold and roll and seal with a little strip of water. Fry egg roll in vegetable oil at 350 for 2-2 1/2 minutes. (Until golden brown. Remove from oil and let rest. Brown walnuts in butter, remove and let cool. Build your sundae. I went with the chocolate syrup on the bowl. Ice cream. Cut and place roll. Dress with caramel syrup, walnuts, flaky salt and powdered sugar.
