Instructions

Basil Mayonnaise

Step 1
Chop the basil and mince the garlic.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined.

Fried mozzarella.

Crack the egg into a deep dish and whisk. To another add the flour and to the last one the panko.
Step 4
First dip the mini mozzarella in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the panko.

If you want the breading to be even crispier and thicker, roll again in egg and panko.

Heat the oil in a deep pot. Leave the heat on high and add the mozzarella. Fry for about 2min until crispy and golden brown.

Wrap

Meanwhile slice the tomato.
Step 8
Spread the front center of the wrap with basil mayonnaise.
Step 9
Place the arugula and tomato slices on top. Season with pepper. Then continue with the prosciutto and fried mozzarella.

Drizzle on the balsamic cream.
Step 11
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.

Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
