Ingredients

ΒΌ cupdill pickle juice
brine
2 Tbspbrown sugar
3 Tbspcayenne pepper
1 tspred pepper flakes
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsppaprika
1 tspchili powder
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
honey
for serving
pickle slices
garnish
Texas toast
Nashville Hot Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat grill 350F.
Step 2
Marinate wings in pickle juice for up to 4 hours. Remove and pat dry.
Step 3
Combine dry ingredients for rub and seasoning wings.
Step 4
Grill until minimum internal temperature 165F.
Step 5
Heat oil and add remaining dry rub. Whisk until smooth.
Step 6
Place wings in a bowl and toss with Nashville Hot Sauce. Plate wings on top of Texas toast and drizzle with honey.
