Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare muffin tin with paper cups.
Step 2
Mix wet ingredients in small bowl. Mix all dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Add liquid ingredients to dry mixture and mix until completely blended. Do not overmix!
Step 3
Using an ice cream scoop, measure 12 equal portions into muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes. Muffins are done if they spring back when touched without leaving an indentation. Makes 12 muffins.
