This is a beef vegetable soup and you can pretty much use whatever your favorite veggies are. This recipe serves about 15 people 1 cup of soup.

In my big crockpot, I will put the Lipton onion soup mix mixed with the pound of beef. Then I add the beef broth and the tomato sauce, garlic, and carrots, and then I let it cook for about two to 3 hours stirring occasionally. After that, I add all the other vegetables to it. Then I let it cook the rest of the day. Just an FYI, you can also use any vegetables or types of meat in this that you want. I’ve actually made it with a small pot roast before and shred it up the meat into it. I’ve done ground beef and I’ve done ground chicken, as well as adding celery and cabbage, and other vegetables to it as well.
