How to prepare the cupcakes:

- add all your dry ingredients(flour,sugar, cocoa powder, the baking powder, the sodium bicarbonate and some salt)into a large bowl and mix them together.

-in a large bowl add your smashed bananas then add the oil, yogurt, egg and vanilla extract and mix them all together until smooth.
Step 4
-add the dry ingredients in the other bowl little by little and mix them untill it reaches a smooth consistency.

- add the hot water into the mixture and then with a tablespoon pour your mixture into the cupcake tray. Leave 2 centimeters unfilled! Because the cupcakes will rise.

-preheat your oven before and put the tray for 18-21 minutes at 180 degrees (celsius).

How to prepare the frosting:

-whip your cream and separately you mascarpone with the sugar and vanilla extract. Then add your whipped cream to the mascarpone mixture and mix it. Put the cream into a pastry bag and decorate the cupcakes.

-you can add cocoa powder or cinnamon on top of them, ar any decorations you want.
