Instructions

Step 1
Peel eggplants and boil then peel tomatoes
Step 2
Saute cumin seeds, chopped garlic, coriander in olive oil
Step 3
Add in chopped eggplant and tomatoes
Step 4
Add in some water and simmer for 30 minutes
Step 5
Add in tomato paste and lemon
