Instructions
Step 1
Gently caramelise onion in oil, add garlic granules and cook for 1 more minute
Step 2
In parallel, dissolve stick cube in water in small pan.
Step 3
Add onion mix to stock, add philadelphia. Add pepper. Dissolve cheese in stock mix. Reduce for 5 mins
Step 4
Mix cornflour with a little water, stirring until liquid.
Step 5
Add cornflour to stock mix, use stick blender to blitz while it thickens. It's now ready to serve.
