In a bowl whip the double cream until stiff peaks. Add in the cream cheese, vanilla and icing sugar and mix gently until combined. Add in the cake mix, this will make the mixture thick, slowly add the milk you made need less or more depending on your mix. Once at a thick but dip-able consistency, top with sprinkles and get dipping! The dip will keep for 48 hours covered in the fridge.
