Instructions

Step 1
Clean and devein the shrimp and place in a bowl
Step 2
In another bowl, beat two eggs, add hot sauce, milk and salt and pepper and whisk until well combined.
Step 3
Pour milk mixture over shrimp and mix well. Let shrimp marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 4
Once you are ready to fry, add the fish fry breading to a bowl.
Step 5
Dredge shrimp in breading and place on a wire rack while the oil reaches 350 degrees.
Step 6
Deep fry shrimp until golden brown about 3-5 minutes.
