Step 1
Defrost cooked shrimp if they are frozen and Pat them dry
shrimp300 grams
Step 2
Add the shrimp to a food processor reserving about a third to the side . Add salt pepper garlic powder onion powder cayenne chili flakes oregano cornstarch an egg white and the white bits of the green onions and blend until it turns to a paste

Step 3
Roughly chop the reserved shrimp then add it in for texture . Cut the crusts off of the bread ( I use these to make croutons ) then spread the shrimp paste all over and dip each one Into bread crumbs

Fry in oil ( or bake or air fry) on medium high heat until golden and crunchy. Drain on paper towels set aside and serve with your choice of dipping sauce . Enjoy
