Ingredients

Shrimp Marinade
30shrimp
1 ½ Tbspolive oil
1 tspcajun seasoning
1 ½ tsponion powder
2 Tbspgarlic
minced, or 5 cloves of garlic chopped
¼ cupCilantro
fresh chopped
1zest of Lime
2 Tbsplime juice
Shredded Slaw
2 CupsCabbage
Shredded, or Coleslaw
½ cupred onion
1 ½ Tbspolive oil
1.5Lime Juice
1avocado
1 tspgarlic powder
salt
Spicy Mayo
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and Deveined Shrimp
Step 2
In a large bowl combine all marinade ingredients, stir in shrimp. Place in refrigerator for 30 mins to marinate
Step 3
In a small bowl mix in the mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice and garlic powder, till you have a pink creamy consistency. Set aside

Grab a bowl, toss your shredded slaw, avocado, olive oil, red onion, lime juice and garlic powder so that it is fully mixed. Take two Spoon fulls and place in the middle of your tortilla
Step 5
Remove the shrimp from the fridge, Heat your skillet on medium high heat, add 2 spoonfuls of butter. Once your butter is melted, Pour your marinated shrimp into a pan. Saute for about 7-10 minutes, Stirring occasionally. Remove from heat once your shrimp have reached a nice and pink color to them
Step 6
Spoon 5-7 Shrimp on to the bed of slaw on your tortilla and drizzle your spicy mayo. Enjoy
