Instructions
Step 1
Remove the silver skin from the ribs
Step 2
Put 1 cup of water in the instant pot
Step 3
Put in the trivet and ribs.
Step 4
Put the lid on the instant pot and set the knob to sealing.
Step 5
Use the meat setting for 25 minutes, then natural release pressure for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Put the ribs on a foiled pan and cover with your barbecue sauce.
Step 7
Broil in the oven for 4 minutes, remove and serve.
