Caramelized Onion & Roasted Garlic Dip

Instructions
Step 1
Set oven to 400° (I use my toaster oven). Cut 1/4" off of the head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil and loosely wrap in foil. Roast for 50 minutes to one hour and let cool.
Step 2
Heat butter and add onions and salt. Cook until caramelized and let cool.
Step 3
Combine ingredients refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
