⅔ cupwater

1 Tbspactive dry yeast

2 Tbspwhite sugar

260 gramsgluten free flour

½ tspsalt

1 tspxanthan gum

½ tspbaking powder

1egg

⅓ cupolive oil

1 tspapple cider vinegar
for topping
Instructions
Step 1
warm 2 cups of warm water, add in the yeast and sugar and set aside for 5 minutes.




Step 2
add the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix





Step 3

add in the egg, olive oil, cider vinegar and yeast mixture



Step 4

mix on low speed for 20 seconds, scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix for another 3 minutes

Step 5

scoop the mixture into piping bag and pipe 6 breadsticks in a prepared pan
Step 6
set the pan in a warn place to rise for 10 minutes

Step 7
preheat oven to 180oC and bake for 15-18 minutes

Step 8

set aside and cool slightly
