Instructions
Step 1
First we mix the yeast with sugar, milk and water. Let about 5-10 until it starts bubbling

Step 2
In a spiral mixer, add the flour, egg and the activated yeast. Pour a little bit at the time until you have incotporated all the wet parts. Mix at low speed for about 8 minutes and then 2min at normal speed


Step 3
After 2min at normal speed, add the salt a little bit at the time and the butter. Note, the buttier shall not be melted

Your dough is ready!

Cover the mixibg bowl with a damp towel for 60-90 minutes until the volume doubles

Step 6
After 90 minutes, we can start making the dough balls. We should have about 105gr each. Flayted the by hand and after, start folding from the end to the middle. Cover them for extra 30-40 minutes and let them raise

Step 7
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees with top and bottom convection, using the 3rd tray

Step 8
Beat a whloe egg with a 10ml of milk. Then brush the buns to allow the sesame seeds to stick to the buns

Step 9
Cook the buns for about 15 minutes until you get a golden brown colour

Step 10
To make them extra fluffy, brush the buns with melted buttee and let the covered for 10min
